Learn how to prepare some delicious cassava sticks or yucca sticks.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kilo of cassava
  • 1 egg
  • 2 butter spoons
  • Wheat flour
  • Oil for frying
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

PREPARATION CASSAVA STICKS

  • Cook the yucca in little water.
  • Drain and shred it.
  • Add the egg, butter, and salt. stir well.
  • Add as much flour as necessary to give the dough texture.
  • It should be smooth.
  • Form sticks and fries in abundant hot oil.
  • Drain on paper towels.
