- 1 kilo of cassava
- 1 egg
- 2 butter spoons
- Wheat flour
- Oil for frying

PREPARATION CASSAVA STICKS
- Cook the yucca in little water.
- Drain and shred it.
- Add the egg, butter, and salt. stir well.
